Winter/Spring 2010

Second semester has begun and one.nineteen is back!  We are meeting every Thursday night at 7:30p at Hood Rd for worship, Bible study and small groups.  We had an incredible fall as our group grew in maturity and numbers.  If you're looking for a college ministry where you can worship, learn, and make friends, this is the place and now is the perfect time to plug in.

This semester we will be diving into Exodus and Hebrews (in that order).  They are both incredible books that will challenge you, encourage you, and cause you to grow greatly in your relationship with the Lord.  It should be an awesome semester.

Who should come?
If you're between the ages of 18-23, whether in school, working or both, we would love to have you come.

What happens on a Thursday night?
There are three main parts to a Thursday: 1) worship, 2) teaching and 3) small groups.  We love singing to God in worship of who He is and what He’s done.  Then we dive into God’s Word, going through a passage and seeing what He is saying and what we’re supposed to do in response.  Finally, we break up and get do discuss what we’re going to do with what we just learned.  Before and after, there is plenty of time to hang out and get to know others.

Do you have small groups?

Our college small groups will be meeting on Thursday nights after our worship and bible study.  This is a time to dive a little deeper into God’s Word and build tighter relationships with others in the group.  There will be discussion questions and time for accountability.

 

 

When & where are small groups?

Small groups meet on Thursday nights as part of our entire night.  

 

What is this Hood Rd house?
It's an awesome house on 7 acres that the Lord has given us to use for ministry. We are so blessed to have this location...there's a ton of space, huge deck, basketball court, volleyball court, open field, woods and more. Plenty of room to grow in quantity and quality!
